We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT recruitment and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media for outreach
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills and Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong negotiation skills

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
