Position Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, preferably within a startup or high-growth tech environment. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and helping close top talent across domains such as AI, software engineering, DevOps, and product.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools, a solid understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Source and engage talent via platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Understand technical job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, role fitment, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, track pipelines, and maintain updates via ATS or shared hiring trackers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to support future hiring needs.
• Handle offer negotiation, release offer letters, and manage all required documentation for selected candidates.
• Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical roles through networking and market mapping.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
• Support broader HR initiatives such as campus hiring, referral drives, and branding campaigns.
