Business Development Manager- Healthcare SaaS (Urgent Search)

Job description2–7 years of SaaS sales experience (with at least 1 year selling to hospitals / healthcare clients). Proven success in consultative B2B sales with complex deal cycles. Solid understanding of hospital workflows & procurement processes. Strong presentation, relationship-building & negotiation skills. Energetic, self-motivated & target-driven mindset.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, IT heads & procurement leaders.
- Drive adoption of our healthcare SaaS solutions across your region.
- Work with product & marketing teams to shape tailored proposals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
