Job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to acquire and manage corporate clients for contractual staffing solutions.

Responsibilities-

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for contractual staffing through networking, research, and partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with HR and business leaders, understand workforce needs, and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing the sales cycle end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction, and tracking market trends for business expansion.

Key Requirements

  • 5–15 years of proven experience in business development / sales in staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry .
  • Strong network of HR and procurement leaders in corporate organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of contractual staffing models, compliance, and pricing structure.
