Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales volume and EBITA targets in alignment with organizational goals.
New Business Development : Identify and acquire new customers within the construction and infrastructure segment.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to present value-driven solutions.
Customer Relationship Management : Understand customer requirements and pain points; provide tailored product recommendations and services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Price & Credit Management : Negotiate pricing while ensuring adherence to internal pricing strategies and credit policies.
Market Intelligence & Analysis : Conduct market studies, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Reporting & MIS : Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
Provide timely updates on progress, pipeline, and market insights.
Promote Value-Added Products : Drive adoption and sales of premium and value-added products to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements :
Education : MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an advantage.
Experience : 4 to 6 years of proven sales / business development experience in RMC, Aggregates, Cement, or Construction Strong negotiation and communication skills
Client-centric approach with technical acumen
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM / MIS tools
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
