We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professionals to come onboard this rocket ship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and Business development, excellent negotiation skills and a strong network among key decision makers in the Insurance category. This is a team handling role across a geographically distributed team and thus being able to motivate and drive the team will be necessary.

Qualifications :
1. 12-14 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management experience in the Insurance category- preferably with Health Insurance or General Insurance companies.
2. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
3. Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of the Insurance market, industry trends, and customer needs.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. This is an IC role. Ability to work independently and collaboratively (with internal and external stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment
7. Willingness to travel as per business requirements
