Job Description :
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for annual operating plan (AOP) development, media planning, and execution across marketplace ad tools such as Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Pi, and Flipkart Ads. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, digital media strategy, and platform-specific ad solutions to drive efficient performance and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management : Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across marketplaces to meet performance goals.
- Media Planning Basis AOP : Develop media plans aligned with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and business objectives.
- AOP Planning : Create and manage Annual Operating Plans to guide media spend and growth targets.
- Amazon Tools (AMS, Pi) : Leverage Amazon's advertising platforms to drive product visibility and sales.
- Flipkart Ads : Plan and execute campaigns on Flipkart to optimize sales and ad performance.
- Other Marketplaces – Myntra etc. : Manage marketplace advertising strategies across Myntra and similar platforms to support brand growth.
