Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead and manage strategic accounts within the BFSI sector. Based in Mumbai, this full-time, on-site role requires an individual who can develop and execute robust sales strategies, oversee sales operations, and foster strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage relationships with strategic BFSI accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI segment.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and delivery to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns proactively.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Proven sales and sales operations experience within the BFSI segment.
  • Strong customer service and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the technology or BFSI sectors is highly desirable.
