Key Responsibilities :

• Lead business growth across Treaty, Facultative, and MGA segments.
• Position the Dubai branch as a regional growth hub for MIBL Reinsurance.
• Build and manage relationships with cedants, brokers, reinsurers, and regulators.
• Represent MIBL Reinsurance with key stakeholders across the Middle East.
• Align regional initiatives with global strategy in collaboration with HO.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing, multicultural team.
