Overall, Job Description :
- This position serves as driving Insurance Business in specific channels such as retail / NR / Business Banking and to achieve overall business targets for IBL in an open architecture platform.
- Incumbent should have an eye for detail and drive the business using all the key business parameters like activation, productivity, ATS and Quality parameters etc.
- Execute campaign-based sales to ensure an increase in Insurance Penetration in client base.
- Drive business quality, persistency and resolution of customer redressals
- Market engagement / Customer communications on key business performance.
- Provide Training for sales Team to enhance productivity
- Create persona based Customer propositions for Jumbo sales
- Develop market intelligence to track key trends in the Insurance industry and competitive benchmarking, technology trends and regulatory changes.
- Create Management Business Cases & presentation for Reviews
Work Experience Requirements
The incumbent should at least have not less than 10 years of work experience in the Life insurance domain into Insurance Sales & Program out of which min 5 years in bancassurance. Incumbents having worked both in Insurance Company and Bank will be preferred.
