Real Value Finloan Services - Director - Insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities :

• Insurance Program Leadership
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive insurance programs (life, employee benefits, etc.).
• Oversee the evaluation and renewal of policies, ensuring optimal coverage at competitive rates.
• Create insurance strategies that align with corporate risk and financial management objectives.
• Lead the life insurance vertical with a focus on channel expansion through agents, professionals, and direct sales.
• Define sales targets, develop incentive structures, and ensure robust sales enablement strategies.
• Drive new business development and strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
• Financial & Regulatory Oversight
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to integrate insurance programs into overall financial planning.
• Analyze claims data and policy performance to control costs and enhance coverage effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI and other regulatory requirements, including policy documentation and reporting.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, underwriters, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external partners and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic insights to the executive team on insurance trends and risk mitigation practices.
• Team Leadership
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team across insurance operations, policy administration, and client servicing.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
