Enterprise Sales Manager - B2B / HR Tech / SaaS

Job Description :

As seen on Shark Tank India - Beep is Indias fastest growing community next-generation virtual community platform,

What we're looking for :

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional / entrepreneur to head the monetization at Beep, to build the entire sales process & systems from 0 to 1.

Head the business in all departments & stages of the sales cycle. They will be confident in building a refined sales system that scales. They should have evidence of strong performance in scaling the business systems of organizations and possess good communication skills.

Beep is Indias fastest growing community next-generation virtual community platform, empowering students at every step of their college life through the ever-changing world of education and work, it provides a space to get inspired, ask questions & network with Assist SDR's in developing and implementing industry-specific sales plans & strategies to target enterprise and mid-market clients.

  • Actively prospect and generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels.
  • Position beephire.ai effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-class HR technology.
  • Build strong relationships with clients so that they can propagate their beephire.ai success with other prospects.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in the HR technology landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market.
  • Be a leader at industry events / conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the beephire.ai value 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in Enterprise Sector.
  • Comfortable with flexible work timings and traveling.
  • Experience in selling HRTech or Complex SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Industry is agnostic- but preference will be given to people having exposure to working in cloud technology, IT / ITeS, etc. Experience with enterprise sales is a plus.
  • Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
  • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
  • Track record of driving results under minimal supervision. Experience building a vertical / new business is a plus.
