Job Description : Sales Business Development Manager

Qualification : MBA in Marketing
Experience : 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives through institutional customers and key accounts.
- Develop and maintain a strong database of institutional clients, channel partners, and
upcoming projects.
Identify and engage with architects, consultants, and influencers to generate leads for new projects.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, product positioning, andcompetitive trends.
Plan and execute sales promotion activities to drive product visibility and brand awareness.Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients and channel partners.Drive channel sales strategy and ensure effective coverage of the allotted territory.Provide timely reports and insights on sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence.Travel extensively to meet customers, explore business opportunities, and ensure market penetration.Required Skillsets
