About the Role :

The role holder is responsible for enhancing EuroKids presence in the assigned territory through new channel Appointments and end to end operationalization of the partner centers.

Open Locations : Patna, Bangalore, Gujarat, Jaipur, Kerala, Odisha, Gurgaon, Mumbai

1. Achieve High-Quality Sign-Ups

  • Aggressively pursue leads provided by the central team to maximize conversions.
  • Proactively identify and target new leads through strategic market visits and outreach.
  • Deliver persuasive, high-quality sales pitches to convert potential leads into successful partnerships.

2. Ensure Efficient Operationalization and Handover

  • Ensure timely operationalization of signed-up partners.
  • Achieve revenue targets in alignment with operationalized properties.
  • Maintain excellence and compliance throughout the partner transition process.
  • Guide prospective channel partners in identifying suitable properties that align with the Company’s criteria.
  • Ensure timely collection of franchise fees from new partners.
  • Coordinate billing and procurement of necessary furniture and equipment to make the partner operationally ready.
  • Provide new partners with the Franchise Manual and other essential documentation to support fit-out readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hand-hold partners through to successful inauguration.
  • Support partners in sourcing and procuring mandated Welcome Kits for the inauguration event.
  • 3. Drive Pre-Launch Marketing Initiatives

  • Liaise with the Marketing Team to identify strategic marketing opportunities and tools to enhance brand visibility and generate enquiries in the targeted area.
  • Ensure placement of POP (Point of Purchase) materials as per pre-sign-off discussions.
  • 4. Complete Sales Administration and Compliance

  • Manage and regularly update the Lead Management System (LMS) with accurate data and activity logs.
  • Meet daily market visit norms as per operational guidelines.
  • Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales funnels.
  • Validate KYC documentation of prospective channel partners and submit to Head Office for MOU and Agreement sign-off.
