Job description

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager specializing in IT Infrastructure to spearhead business growth and strengthen our market footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across both enterprise and SMB segments. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and deep knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure solutions, including Workstations, Servers, Storage, Networking / Security, Virtualization, and related hardware technologies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth delivery, implementation, post-sales support, maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 3-4+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure or hardware sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, security, and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
