About the Role :
We are hiring a strategic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, build institutional relationships, and secure high-value transactions across residential and commercial real estate. This role carries P&L responsibility and requires strong deal-making and networking expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new revenue streams across residential and commercial portfolios.
- Establish corporate partnerships, institutional alliances, and channel relationships.
- Lead high-value negotiations, investment collaborations, and joint development opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market mapping to support business expansion.
- Drive initiatives for long-term client engagement and recurring business.
- Prepare business growth reports and present strategies to senior leadership.
- Mentor sales and presales teams in aligning with business expansion goals.
Qualifications & Skills :
