We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth and performance of our sales across third-party platforms, retail channels, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic planning, relationship management, and operational execution to accelerate our multi-channel presence.Key Responsibilities : Channel Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement channel strategies across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit), offline retail, and marketplaces.- Identify new partnership and distribution opportunities to expand reach.- Monitor competitor activity and evolving market trends to inform channel decisions.Sales & Revenue Growth- Drive revenue targets through promotions, campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.- Optimize product assortment, margins, and availability across platforms.- Track and analyze key performance indicators : sales velocity, AOV, conversions, and profitability.Relationship Management- Manage communication and collaboration with channel partners, distributors, and retail teams.- Negotiate commercial terms and joint marketing initiatives.- Coordinate internally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to meet channel needs.Operational Excellence & Performance Monitoring- Oversee accurate listings, product content, and visual assets across platforms.- Forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure timely replenishments.- Generate regular MIS reports and insights for leadership review.Brand Visibility & Consistency- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all partner channels.- Plan and execute co-branded marketing initiatives.- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaigns.Key Qualification and Skills : - 3–6 years of experience in channel management into offline retail and e-commerce (preferably in a D2C or consumer brand environment)- Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders- Strong analytical and operational skills, with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and performance dashboards- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc)- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with a hands-on, problem-solving approachWhy Join us?- Be part of a high-growth consumer brand with direct impact on revenue and visibility- Collaborate closely with the founder and cross-functional leadership- Opportunity to drive strategic initiatives in a dynamic and agile environmentLocation : Mumbai (Andheri __ with travel as required ___ Domestic / International)Reporting to : Founder / Executive DirectorIndustry : Consumer Brand | D2C | E-commerceInterested candidates can apply here or reach out directly via email :
