Job Summary
The Manager - Sales & Business Development is responsible for generating inquiries and revenue from the sale of technical consultancy and quality assurance services. This will be accomplished by targeting new and existing large and medium-sized customers primarily through customer visits and direct communication. The role will be focused on a specific region, area, portfolio, or cluster of customers as defined in the sales plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research to identify potential customers and generate leads within target industry segments through cold outreach and client meetings.
- Meet or exceed defined revenue targets.
- Manage client relationships, including developing new accounts and managing key existing accounts.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents, and handle bid submissions.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
- Engage in frequent business travel as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Personal Attributes :
