We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech in the rewards and loyalty space, helping banks and financial institutions drive customer engagement and monetization through innovative loyalty, rewards, and engagement Channel Strategy :
- Own and execute the sales strategy for acquiring and expanding partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
Enterprise Sales & Partnerships :
Identify, pitch, and close high-value deals with banks for rewards, loyalty, and engagement solutions.Stakeholder Management :
Build strong relationships with CXOs, product heads, and partnership leaders in the banking ecosystem.Team Leadership :
Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team focused on banking partnerships.Market Intelligence :
Track competitive landscape, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategy.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and program success.Revenue Ownership :
Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets through structured pipeline management and forecasting.Skills Required :
8-12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling into banks.Proven track record in rewards, loyalty, or engagement solutions for financial institutions.Strong network within the Indian banking ecosystem.Deep understanding of bank procurement and compliance processes.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to manage complex, long sales cycles.Desirable Skills :
