Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to expand Motadatas footprint in the Indian enterprise market. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales of IT solutions, coupled with the ability to lead end-to-end sales cycles and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development : Identify, pursue, and acquire new enterprise accounts across industries, ensuring continuous pipeline growth.
- Account Management : Build, nurture, and expand relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers within target accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Sales Execution : Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, and negotiations to deal closure.
- Channel & OEM Collaboration : Partner effectively with channel partners, distributors, and OEM alliances to maximize market reach and accelerate sales.
- Consultative Selling : Understand customer pain points, map them to Motadatas IT solutions (ITSM, Network Monitoring, Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity), and deliver compelling business value propositions.
- Revenue Growth : Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.
- Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of market trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Experience : 4 - 9 years of proven track record in enterprise sales and account management within the IT solutions domain.Sales Expertise : Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies with hands-on experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles.Domain Knowledge : Demonstrated success in selling IT solutions such as ITSM, Network Monitoring / Security, Infrastructure Management, or Cybersecurity.Relationship Skills : Ability to build strong client relationships at senior levels, including CXOs and IT decision-makers.Channel Engagement : Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and OEMs to drive enterprise revenue.Execution Excellence : Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology / Business; MBA preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
