The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth across all Joey’s Hostel locations by : Developing and executing sales strategiesManaging and motivating sales teamsIdentifying new business opportunitiesBuilding and nurturing client relationshipsThe role also involves setting sales targets, analyzing sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to boost overall business performance.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skillsProven experience in building and managing sales teamsProficiency in creating and executing sales strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trendsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPrevious experience in hospitality is preferredFamiliarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteCompensation : ₹30,000 CTC
