Job Title : Sales Manager - Real Estate

Openings : Multiple (Team Leader, Sales Manager, Sr. Sales Manager)

Experience Required : 2-4 years (Residential Sales)

Location : Noida, Sector-2

Shift Timings : 11 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Working Days : Wednesday to Monday

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

  • Drive sales of residential real estate projects through effective client acquisition and deal closures.
  • Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present suitable property options.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize high-value deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and enhance sales strategies.
  • Track and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular market insights and competitor updates to management.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through transparent communication.

Core Skills & Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving target-based sales.
  • Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Noida / Jewar real estate market will be an added advantage.
