Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Drive sales of residential real estate projects through effective client acquisition and deal closures.
- Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present suitable property options.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize high-value deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and enhance sales strategies.
- Track and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular market insights and competitor updates to management.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through transparent communication.
Core Skills & Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales.Proven track record of achieving target-based sales.Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under deadlines.Knowledge of the Noida / Jewar real estate market will be an added advantage.What We Offer :
