Role Description :
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, conducting thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities, and providing comprehensive training and mentorship to your sales staff. Your ability to coordinate effectively with other departments will be key to ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Sales Growth : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Training & Development : Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales staff, enhancing their skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and client 5-7 years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic Acumen : Demonstrated expertise in Market Research, Sales Strategies, and Target Achievement.
- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities, including experience in team management, training, and mentoring sales professionals.
- Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Autonomy & Organization : Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Industry Experience : Experience in the real estate industry is a significant plus.
