Job description

Phonon is a CPaaS providing enterprise communication solutions to leading enterprises in BFSI & Travel / Aviation.

We are looking for a Manager to lead our Sales team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting, recognising and mining revenue for our clients.

You will develop and execute sales strategies and relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.

You develop account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

You will also be responsible for hunting for new Build and execute AOP for revenue recognition, assurance and enhancement for our products.

Own the client right from lead generation to solution design, delivery, relationship management and mining.

Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.

Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.

Manage issue trackers, ensure client demonstrations and maintain general client account Prior experience in SaaS, CPaaS or B2B Large Value Deal sales.

Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering) or equivalent experience in Business; and an MBA will be preferred.

12+ years of sales consulting or business intelligence experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

High Aptitude, Excellent Skills on Google Sheets and Excel.

Exposure to BFSI sector or Call Center Sector is a definite plus
