Regional Sales Manager Molecular Description :
We are looking for a strategic and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our molecular diagnostics business across a defined region. This role involves managing a team of Area Sales Managers, driving regional sales performance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and diagnostics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers across multiple territories
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, KOLs, and channel partners
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to support sales initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM data management
- Uphold compliance with regulatory and company standards
Qualifications & Skills :
