Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen retailer & distributor relationships, and expand the Zivame brand presence in the assigned territory. This role requires a blend of strategic market development, sales execution, and team productivity management, ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Retailer & Distributor Engagement :

  • Meet with retailers & distributors regularly (in-person / virtual) as per the journey plan.
  • Present and demonstrate Zivame products to Retailers and Fashion Advisers (FAs).

Business Development :

  • Expand the retailer network and tap into new market opportunities.
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and brand presence in all outlets.
  • Sales & Performance :

  • Track category-wise sales performance and drive initiatives to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, orders, and market intelligence.
  • Events & Marketing :

  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and territory-specific promotions.
  • Negotiations & Commercials :

  • Negotiate margins, pricing, and commercial terms with partners to ensure profitability.
  • Team Management :

  • Monitor and improve the productivity of Fashion Advisers in outlets.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile :

    Experience :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the textile, apparel, or fashion industry.
  • Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Mindset : Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing business Familiarity with retail operations, distributor management, and trade marketing activities.

    Mobility : Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for market visits and events.
