Job Description :
- Labour & Factory Law Compliance : Ensure compliance with labour and factory laws across the organization
- Grievance Redressal : Handle grievances from employees and ensure timely resolution through effective grievance redressal mechanisms
- Industrial Welfare : Oversee labour welfare activities, ensuring the well-being of employees
- Time Office Management : Manage time office operations and attendance systems
- Employee Engagement : Foster a culture of employee engagement through various initiatives and programs
- ICC / LCC : Handle processes related to Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and Labour Compliance Committee (LCC)
- Hindi Drafting & Typing : Be proficient in Hindi drafting and typing for communication and documentation
