Role Overview :
The Senior Executive – HR (Employee Engagement) will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and strengthen retention. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to implement engagement programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and execute engagement activities, events, and programs (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Organize cultural, wellness, and CSR activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Drive recognition and reward programs to appreciate employee contributions and motivate performance.
- Develop creative strategies to promote organizational values and a strong workplace culture.
Employee Communication & Connect :
Conduct regular employee connect sessions, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gauge engagement levels.Act as a point of contact for employee engagement-related queries and concerns.Prepare and circulate employee communication (HR newsletters, updates, mailers, etc.).Onboarding & Induction :
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to conduct engaging new hire onboarding sessions.Organize induction activities to ensure seamless integration of employees into the organization.Conduct periodic follow-ups with new employees to ensure engagement and retention.Analytics & Reporting :
Maintain MIS and dashboards related to engagement activities and employee participation.Analyze employee survey results and engagement metrics to provide insights to leadership.Share recommendations and action items to improve engagement scores and employee morale.Desired Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.High levels of empathy, approachability, and ability to connect with employees across levels.Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful engagement programs.Analytical mindset with experience in employee surveys and engagement data analysis.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRMS / engagement tools.Qualifications & Experience :
Postgraduate degree / diploma in HR4+ years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on employee engagement, employee relations, or HR operations.Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Flexible to travel based on organizational requirements
