Job descriptionFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires and provide support throughout their first 90 days. Key Deliverables :
- Support and engage with new hires during the initial 0-90 days to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
- Track employee engagement and progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR functions to help drive retention strategies and employee development.
