Key Deliverables :

  • Support and engage with new hires during the initial 0-90 days to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Track employee engagement and progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR functions to help drive retention strategies and employee development.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and provide support throughout their first 90 days.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Implement HR policies and practices while ensuring they align with company standards.
  • Partner with management to foster a positive work culture and address early-stage employee challenges.
