Role & responsibilities
- Taking care of on-boarding
- Employee ID generation, biometric punching & issuance of appointment letter along temporary ID card
- Co-ordination for opening bank account
- Issuance of permanent ID card post joining
- Updating employee personal & additional information maintaining utmost quality with zero error
- Dependent Information
- BGV initiation and closure
- Person profile & person experience management
- Updating data in HRMS in case of any change in history or in case new information to be added (e.g. Supervisor change, mid-year promotion, separation in HRMS, etc.)
- Manage VC Portal
- Letter Preparation as and when required like Providing employment letters, address proofs, personal / business visa travel letters
- Sharing Excel sheet with Kleeto for updation of employee files
- Sharing weekly joining trackers
- File audit
- Joining Docket Standardization
- 100% completion of statutory forms
