- Welfare Activities : Ensure various welfare activities, celebrations, and events as per the Unit HR Calendar
- Talent Acquisition : Oversee talent acquisition activities
- Learning & Development : Handle learning & development initiatives
- Audit Handling : Manage audits like VSA and IATFM
- Coordinate Initiatives : Coordinate activities such as Birthday Meetings, Open Houses, and BEST Initiatives to foster trust, collaboration, and teamwork
