Market & Customer Engagement
- . Identify and qualify leads in sectors requiring data centre / network infrastructure (e.g., enterprises, ISPs, colocation, cloud providers, large system integrators).
- . Understand customers' existing infrastructure, painpoints, constraints, and business goals.
- . Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders (IT, infrastructure, operations, network teams).
Solution Design & Proposal
. Analyze requirements for Vertiv product.. Put together technical proposals / solution blueprints that meet performance, reliability, scalability & cost targets.. Coordinate with sales / engineering to validate designs, sizing, and compatibility.Sales Process / Deal Closure
. Conduct technical presentations, product demos, proofofconcept (POCs) where needed.. Handle RFPs / RFQs from technical perspective-ensure responses are accurate in specs, bill of materials, costings.. Negotiate with customers (pricing, terms) in conjunction with sales leadership.. Close deals and meet sales targets.Coordination & Support
. Work with product vendors / OEMs to understand latest offerings, pricing, roadmaps.. Coordinate with logistics, implementation, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.. Provide aftersales support / escalation if technical issues arise.Technical KnowHow & Continuous Learning
. Keep up-to-date with latest trends in server architectures, networking (LAN / WAN, SDN, etc.), data centre best practicescooling, power management.. Training Partner and make enabling them
