Experience : Min. 10 years in Real Estate Sourcing - Channel Sales Profile. Previous experience in sourcing in Kandivali, Borivali & Malad preferred

We are looking for passionate and driven Sourcing Professional in Channel Sales to join our dynamic team at Mahaveer Construction, Kandivali's trusted real estate developer.

Required Skills :

Deep understanding of the real estate market, ecosystem, current trends, and processes.

Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and telephone.

Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills to influence partners and negotiate effectively.

A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.

Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, and other relevant software.

A goal-oriented and self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

Key Prerequisites :

Minimum 60% marks in SSC or HSC

Minimum 60% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation (Please note that the educational criteria must be strictly followed)
