Position Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment across 700+ districts in India, with a focus on 2, 3, and 4 Tier cities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk hiring, particularly in the South India region, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple regional languages.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates in various districts across India.
  • Conduct recruitment drives and collaborate with local teams to identify hiring needs and strategies for field force recruitment.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and provide feedback to management on recruitment metrics and candidate suitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies tailored to 2, 3, and 4 Tier cities requirements.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time to hire, candidate quality, and hiring volume.
  • Ensure all recruitment procedures comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, specifically in 2, 3, and 4 Tier cities.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring, with the ability to successfully hire more than 60 candidates in a month.
  • Background in sectors such as BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG, or FMCD is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak multiple regional languages (particularly Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting recruitment strategies as needed.
  • Willing to adhere to company policies, including the strict working conditions outlined by the firm (uniforms, no mobile policy, work from office).
