Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Visit potential clients, distributors, and retail outlets to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty.
- Generate leads through field visits, product demonstrations, and local activations.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Gather feedback from customers and the market to support business strategy.
- Ensure brand visibility through effective placement of promotional materials.
- Support new client acquisition and business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
Requirements :
6 months to 2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotion. (Field sales)Two wheeler license mandatoryStrong communication(multi lingual), presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.Key Attributes :
