About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across business verticals & partner with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates using a mix of channels—job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate the full selection process.
• Ensure a great candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Track and report hiring metrics, pipeline status, and drive recruitment analytics.
