About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior BFSI Recruiter with strong expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The role requires a proven track record of handling mid to senior-level mandates, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, evaluating, to offer negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for BFSI sector roles (Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, FinTech, Asset Management, etc.).
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, networking, headhunting, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure fitment across skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks in the BFSI sector.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters in achieving hiring goals.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry hiring landscape.Proficiency in talent mapping, headhunting, and direct sourcing techniques.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence both candidates and hiring managers.Experience in handling high-volume as well as niche / senior-level hiring.Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
