Job Description – Field Sales Executive

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an energetic and motivated professional to join our company as a Field Sales Executive . The primary responsibility of the role is to generate sales by directly engaging with potential and existing clients through face-to-face meetings, client visits, and on-ground promotional activities. The position demands excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, meet, and engage potential customers through field visits and in-person interactions. Present and demonstrate products / services to clients effectively. Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to management. Maintain accurate sales records and client data in CRM. Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and exhibitions. Actively follow up with prospects to ensure conversions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Plan and execute territory-wise sales strategies to maximize revenue. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

DESIRED SKILLS & CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education : UG / PG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization. Work Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in field sales / direct sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages preferred. Good understanding of sales techniques and client engagement. Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented approach. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Should be proactive, adaptable, and result-driven. Ability to handle pressure and work independently. Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
