Roles & Responsibilities : -

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create / update job descriptions.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., ATS) and provide regular updates to the hiring team.
• Create and maintain a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and hiring events.
