Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Source candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
- Screening and Shortlisting : Conduct initial candidate screenings through calls or emails to evaluate skills and qualifications.
- Interview Coordination : Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
- Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Client Interaction : Work with the recruitment team to understand client needs and assist in fulfilling staffing requirements.
- Database Management : Update and maintain the candidate database and track recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to communicate confidently with candidates and clients.Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.Team Player : Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc.Skills Required
