Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions across various domains.
- Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit for the roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiation and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment status in ATS.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client-specific requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience recruiting for US-based roles.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.Skills Required
