US IT Recruiter – Offshore Team

Beacon Fire Inc. is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our offshore team in Noida. This is an onsite role for professionals with a strong background in U.S. IT recruitment. Only candidates currently located in or near Noida will be considered. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and validate candidates for direct and SI / Implementation client IT roles across U.S. accounts
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positions
• Build and maintain pipelines across IT domains including :
• Software Development
• Cybersecurity
• Data Analytics
• Cloud Computing & Infrastructure
• Networking & Systems Administration
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms , and other sourcing tools effectively
