We are urgently looking for a Lead Recruiter – Vendor Specialist to join our team in Noida. This role is perfect for someone who has proven experience in vendor-driven recruitment operations and is comfortable working U.S. business hours.

• ???? What You'll Do
• ???? Manage end-to-end vendor & requirement coordination with U.S. clients.

Conduct daily vendor calls to ensure alignment and timely coverage of requirements.

• ????Handle full lifecycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, compliance, and offer closure.
• ????Verify candidate documentation (work authorization, ID, LinkedIn, etc.) for compliance.
• ????Provide daily updates to stakeholders and ensure quality submissions.

✅ What We're Looking For

• ????5+ years of experience working with vendors supporting direct U.S. clients.
• ????Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorizations and compliance checks.
• ????Hands-on expertise in full lifecycle recruiting across domains.
• ????Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• ????Prior experience with JobDiva or similar recruitment tools (preferred).
