We are seeking a high-performing US IT Recruiter with proven experience supporting MSP clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates for highly technical roles across W2 opportunities . Exceptional communication, candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and submit candidates for highly technical roles (e.g., software engineers, developers, architects, cybersecurity, data engineers, etc.)
- Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand job requirements and client expectations
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for W2 positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure high-quality submissions and long-term retention
- Work with MSP / IP , direct clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and client hiring guidelines
- Deliver high-volume, quick-turnaround recruitment with accuracy and attention to quality
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and activities within ATS / CRM systems
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience recruiting for technical roles.Strong knowledge of W2 hiring processes and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with ATS - Monster, Dice, LinkedIn recruiter, indeedExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentEducation
