Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Noida. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for healthcare staffing, identifying and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, and maintaining an excellent candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring practices and procedures
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
