Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Process Management : Source, screen, and identify potential candidates for US-based roles.
- Candidate Engagement : Engage with candidates and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial assessments.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, communication, and feedback in the recruitment system.
- Client Coordination : Collaborate with US clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure alignment.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and US labor market dynamics to identify potential candidate sources and improve sourcing strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment .Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Team player with a proactive attitude.Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.Graduates in any discipline are welcome to apply.Skills Required
