Job Description Summary
The Assistant Manager – Key Accounts at EON Elevators will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our most valued clients. This individual must exhibit exceptional professionalism, strategic thinking, and the ability to represent EON confidently to top-tier clients and decisionmakers. The role demands a high-caliber professional who can not only retain and service large accounts in elevator industry but also spearhead business development and secure largescale projects that fuel the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic interface between EON and its high-value clients, ensuring premium client experience and satisfaction.
- Identify, pitch, and win largescale projects by building strong rapport with senior decisionmakers in real estate, infrastructure, hospitals, and other verticals.
- Drive end-to-end account management, from onboarding to delivery coordination, billing follow-ups, and renewal strategies.
- Deliver customized proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to the strategic needs of each account.
- Coordinate across internal departments (Design, Installation, Service, Compliance) for smooth and timely execution of commitments.
- Handle client escalations with ownership and urgency, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining confidence in EON's reliability.
- Maintain detailed account documentation, activity trackers, pipeline status, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure growth of key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and continuous engagement.
- Represent EON Elevators in client meetings, project kickoffs, audits, and review presentations.
- Lead key account reviews, generate MIS reports, and support senior management with client insights.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management in ElevatorsElevator / Infrastructure / Real Estate B2B experience is highly desirableProven ability to close large-value deals and handle high-stake clientsBehavioral & Protocol Expectations
