Role Description

As a Seller Success – Key Account Manager at Eternz, you will own and nurture relationships with our brand partners, ensuring they succeed and scale on our platform. You will be responsible for negotiating offers and pricing, leading sale events, driving catalog accuracy, and sharing actionable data-driven insights to improve brand performance. You'll serve as the single point of contact for brands—managing their needs end-to-end while aligning with Eternz's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Relationship & Account Ownership

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned brand partners.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships, ensuring brand satisfaction and trust.
  • Align brand objectives with Eternz's overall business strategy.

Negotiation & Growth

  • Negotiate offers, pricing, and discount structures to drive growth while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Lead brand participation in sale events, ensuring strong visibility and conversion.
  • Onboarding & Catalog Management

  • Guide brands through onboarding and catalog setup.
  • Ensure accurate listings, rich content, and compliance with Eternz standards.
  • Continuously optimize product selection and assortment.
  • Performance Management & Data Insights

  • Monitor brand performance on sales, margins, sell-through, and customer feedback.
  • Use data to identify risks and opportunities, delivering insights and action plans to partners.
  • Share regular reviews and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain, finance) to support brand needs.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and visibility initiatives for partner brands.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier BTech institute .
  • 1–2 years of work experience in account management, seller success, category management, or partnerships (e-commerce / retail preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
