1) We're Hiring – Account Manager (Mechanical Engineering)

  • ???? Location : Banaswadi, Bangalore
  • ???? Shift : 4 PM – 1 AM (EST Time Zone)
  • ???? Experience : 12–15 years

We are looking for an Account Manager with a background in Mechanical / Production Engineering . The role involves managing client accounts with OEMs, manufacturers, and design studios across the US & Europe, ensuring successful project delivery and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage client relationships with global engineering partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Requirements :

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • 12–15 years of total experience, with strong account management exposure.
  • Good understanding of engineering design / project processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • 2) We're Hiring – Account Manager (Architecture / Construction)

  • ???? Location : Banaswadi, Bangalore
  • ???? Shift : 4 PM – 1 AM (EST Time Zone)
  • ???? Experience : 12–15 years
  • We are looking for an Account Manager with strong expertise in the construction and architecture domain . The role focuses on managing client accounts in land development, architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM projects with international firms across the US & Europe.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage long-term client relationships in the construction industry.
  • Drive account growth with architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure project success.
  • Present tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 12–15 years of total experience, with 8+ years in account management within offshore engineering / construction services .
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles in architecture, structural, MEP, and BIM.
  • Good knowledge of CAD tools and design processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • 3) We're Hiring – Account Manager (BIM Services)

  • ???? Location : Trivandrum, Kerala (with travel to Bangalore HO as required)
  • ???? Region Focus : Middle East & Europe
  • ???? Shift : UK Time Zone
  • ???? Experience : 5–7 years
  • We are looking for an Account Manager (BIM Services) to lead business development and client management for our BIM projects across the Middle East & Europe . The role requires hands-on BIM experience, strong client management skills, and familiarity with local engineering standards.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow key client accounts for BIM services.
  • Acquire new clients in architectural, civil, structural, MEP, and land development domains.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Leverage BIM knowledge to present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical & delivery teams for successful project execution.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales / account management within BIM or construction tech .
  • Proven experience in the Middle East market (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Civil 3D, AutoCAD).
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
  • 4)We're Hiring – Business Development Executive (Civil / Architecture)

  • ???? Location : Banaswadi, Bangalore
  • ???? Shift : 4 PM – 1 AM IST
  • ???? Experience : 4–8 years
  • We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Civil / Architecture) with experience in engineering services sales & international business development . The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, engaging with global clients, and driving business growth.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
  • Respond to client requirements, handle pricing & negotiations, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with delivery partners and marketing teams.
  • Drive lead generation and achieve business growth targets.
  • Coordinate with operations for seamless execution.
  • Requirements :

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Architecture (MBA is an advantage).
  • 4–8 years of sales & business development experience in engineering services , with strong international sales exposure.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex engineering needs and propose tailored solutions.
