• Leverage 3+ years of experience in promoting bench candidates across diverse technologies and domains.
• Drive the entire sales process—from sourcing to placement—while efficiently handling multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners to secure quality requirements.
• Proactively expand and nurture a robust network of vendor contacts to ensure rapid placement of bench talent.
• Identify and qualify job opportunities through leading job boards and platforms including Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and other free portals.
• Collaborate closely with consultants to assess their fit for roles, suggest resume or profile enhancements, and align expectations with market demands.
• Maintain consistent communication with consultants to provide updates on submissions, interviews, and feedback.
• Ensure minimal turnaround time for placements by aligning consultant profiles with high-priority client needs and streamlining the submission process.
